My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was nice and clean, and it was a decent place to relax. However, the noise level was a bit higher than expected, and the sirens in the morning were disruptive. The service was mostly good, except for a small hiccup with room service hours. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were a bit worn and I had to endure a smoke-filled room without an apology, they were nicely sized. The service, especially from the courtesy van drivers, was exceptional with them going above and beyond for guests. The location was convenient, close to downtown and several restaurants, but a bit of a walk to downtown bars. The dining options were incredible with a great breakfast prepared by Brisa and Tyler. The facilities were satisfactory, although there were reports of a need for new mattresses and updates.
